Welcome to the Office of School and College Articulation (OSCA) website. The Articulation Office coordinates course articulation between LBCC and the LBUSD, the UC and CSU systems, and the independent and out-of-state institutions. Some familiar documents that are maintained, developed, or updated through this office include: the General Education Plan (a.k.a., the ABC guide), the LBCC and Transfer Curriculum Guides, and LBCC data posted on ASSIST.

This office also provides curriculum development support for faculty developing prospective transfer level courses and/or prospective courses for placement on the ABC guide. Students who encounter articulation conflicts with other schools or who require curriculum documentation from years past are encouraged to contact or visit our Office.
